Butterfly Pea Flower

An intensely blue herbal tisane from Southeast Asia. The brew is deep indigo in the cup and shifts to pink the moment you add a squeeze of lemon, a parlour trick that never gets old. The flavour is gentle, mildly floral, slightly earthy. Excellent iced.
