Hibiscus

The flower that gave us our name. We work with whole calyces, never crushed, sourced from a small farm in northern Queensland. The brew is a vivid ruby and the flavour is tart, bright, almost cranberry in profile. Wonderful hot in winter, exceptional iced in summer with a sprig of mint. Five to seven minutes in just-off-boil water.
