Our jasmine pearls are hand-rolled by a small family-run tea garden. The base is a tender Chinese green tea, scented with fresh jasmine flowers over four nights. The pearls unfurl slowly in hot water, releasing a floral sweetness with the structure of a clean green tea underneath. Use water at around 80C, two to three minutes only.
