Peppermint

Whole-leaf peppermint, single-origin from a Tasmanian grower. The cut is rough, the leaves green-grey and intact. Steep for five minutes for a clean cooling brew, longer for a more medicinal cup. Pairs naturally with hibiscus, lemon balm, or a few cocoa nibs.
